Your Satisfaction Comes First
We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 10 days of receiving your order, we’ll issue store credit. Mistakes happen, or items may arrive damaged or spoiled—we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products, however, please always let us know if something is wrong and we’ll make it right.
**No Late Orders or Cancellations**
To ensure the freshest, highest-quality products, we cannot accept late orders or cancellations once the deadline passes.
**Editing Your Order**
You can adjust or add to your order any time before the deadline. Changes will not generate a new confirmation email. Once the deadline passes, your order will be packed exactly as it appears in your cart. Only one order per cycle is allowed.
**Order Totals Are Estimates**
Some items, like meat and produce, are priced by weight. Your final total may be slightly higher or lower than the estimate. Once finalized, your card on file will be charged and a receipt emailed.
**Bundle Weights**
Our bundles are designed to give you the best value. We prioritize the total weight of your order over the number of packs in a bundle, so you never get less than expected—or a surprise bill.
**Out of Stock Items**
Occasionally, an item may be unavailable due to inventory changes. If this happens, your final total and any delivery fees will be updated. Any changes will be noted in your final order email.
**Payment Policy**
All orders require payment before pickup or delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards. You’ll be prompted to add a card when placing your first order.Your card will be charged the final order total (including exact weights) once your order is packed—usually a day or two before delivery or pickup.
**Card Declines**
If your card is declined, you’ll receive an email notification. Please resolve the issue or contact us immediately. Orders will still be processed due to our no-cancellation policy. Unresolved issues may result in account deactivation or subscription suspension until payment is completed.
