The flat iron steak has great marbling , a rich flavor that is described as "beefy." Although flavorful enough to be enjoyed on its own, this type of cut benefits from a marinade and often takes on the flavors of the ingredients it is combined with.
Our steaks are sold in individual packs .They are 14 day aged, hand cut 1”-1.25” thick,fresh frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed in a USDA facility, hand carved, trimmed and packed right here in our home state of Georgia.
