Pulled Beef Sliders with Tangy Coleslaw:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb beef roast
    • Slider buns
    • For the coleslaw:
    • 2 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • BBQ sauce (optional)

    Instructions:
