This cut of beef is the King of the smoker. Our Brisket come as whole including the flat and point ranging from 8-10 lbs. 

14 day aged, hand cut, fresh frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed in a USDA facility, hand carved, trimmed and packed right here in our home state of Georgia.
