Cube steak, Country fried steak as it’s called in the south. It is flavorful cut of beef that’s per-tenderized. It’s taken from the top or bottom round. A portion near the rump of the cow. It is commonly breaded and pan fried and severed with gray and mash potatoes. Our cube steak packs are 4 generous pieces.
14 day aged, hand cut ,fresh frozen and vacuum sealed. It is processed in a USDA facility, hand carved, trimmed and packed right here in our home state of Georgia.
