Beef Stir Fry

  • 1 lb Fatihway Cattle Co. beef fajita meat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (use a mix of colors for visual appeal)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef fajita meat to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and snap peas to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
  8. Stir everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.
  9. Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
