Juicy, pasture-raised beef from Faithway Cattle piled high with caramelized onions, peppers, and melted provolone, all tucked into a toasted hoagie roll. A ranch-raised twist on the classic Philly favorite—hearty, savory, and downright satisfying.

Directions
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Faithway Cattle roast beef
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper (optional), thinly sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese (or more if you want it extra cheesy)
- 4 hoagie rolls (or sub rolls)
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, but adds a nice umami kick)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prep the Veggies
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter or oil.
- Sauté the onion and bell pepper for about 8–10 minutes until soft and lightly browned.
- Season with a pinch of salt & pepper.
2. Heat the Roast Beef
- Push veggies to one side of the pan.
- Add the sliced roast beef and warm it through (2–3 minutes).
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce if using.
- Mix the beef and veggies together.
3. Add the Cheese
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions right in the pan.
- Top each portion with 2 slices of provolone cheese.
- Cover the pan with a lid or foil and let the cheese melt (1–2 mins).
4. Toast the Rolls (Optional but Recommended)
- Split and lightly butter the hoagie rolls.
- Toast them in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden.
5. Assemble & Serve
- Scoop each cheesy beef portion into a toasted roll.
- Serve immediately with chips, fries, or coleslaw.
